Import Costing:

When dealing with large shipments, the additional costing elements can be overwhelming. The Import Costing feature defines the entire purchasing process through a workflow that controls every step of the process. It enables analytical identification of all incremental costs on each purchase order. Users can set any cost for each vendor shipment and apply it proportionally to each item based on amount, quantity, etc. A report is generated that analytically shows all charges, costs, prices and margins before they are posted. An approval process allows double-checking of costing results before closing transactions.


Salesperson route:

Sales Route is ideal for monitoring and managing the sales team on the go. Sales Route also gives sales reps the ability to know which route to follow, when to follow it, and what stops

to make at all times. Sales reps can access their daily route list to record directly in Business Central whether or not a customer was visited and to document unplanned route changes. From the route document list, sales reps can also add a new sales order directly.


Delivery Dispatching

This feature facilitates all delivery operations. Schedule deliveries per vehicle and driver.

Collect sales orders and sales return orders based on their delivery post code and prepare a shipping schedule for your drivers. Deliveries based on vehicle stock type and delivery date.


Rebates

A feature for distribution companies to provide incentives to their customers. Customer rebates can be issued based on sales criteria and for specific time periods. Rebates can be based on total sales or based on item categories.


Salesperson Commissions

An upgraded version for calculating your Salespeople commissions.


Recycling Fees

The feature can be activated during import calculation, and recycling charges can be assigned directly to items via item charge assignment. This can apply to packaging recycling, electrical appliances, batteries and other items.
